As a user of the Hi! Site, you have 24/7 access to the building.

The Hi! Site provides its users with coffee, tea, filtered tap water and fruit. There is a local and varied range of food and drinks in a self-service fridge. Catering can be provided upon request via Location Manager Lucas.

Hi! Site is not just a place where individuals come together; through the unique mix of offerings and people, we aim for a vibrant and dynamic place.

Enough space to set up your own meeting room in your office. In addition, we provide lockable booths for focus and consultation. On the ground floor, there are 8 meeting rooms available for 4 to 24 people.

On floors 1 and 2, there is a common area with a kitchen and coffee corner, focus booths and sanitary facilities.

Where there used to be a loading and unloading area for trucks, the Hi! Site has now created a nature-friendly garden and inviting outdoor space where you can relax in nature to your heart's content.

You can organize an event on the Hi! Site up to 600 people. More information about organizing a corporate event can be found on the event page.

We work with an all-in formula that includes many facilities and services. The price depends on the size of the chosen office and any specific wishes. There are 16 office spaces ranging from 100-360m2. If you want even bigger, please visit the 3^e floor with an office space of 911m2. Contact lucas@hi-site.be for more info and a customized price.

We provide fast Wi-Fi that is protected by a firewall and there is a printer that can be used freely on the network.

Renting an office with an all-in formula means that the costs of many office facilities are included, such as: Wi-Fi, call & focus booths, printing facilities, cleaning, energy, building costs, community management, storage, etc.

It is possible to use the archive room on floor -2.

On the Hi! There are quite a few sites sports facilities such as climbing, paddling or jumping on a trampoline. Ideal for relaxing or letting off steam between working hours.
